President & CEO
James started Industrial Repair Service in 1991, in Norcross, Georgia. Under his leadership, it has blossomed into a thriving business with over 100 employees. Today, the company extends its exceptional service and quality repairs to a wide range of clients. He believes that every customer is valued, and because of those customers, he says, “I’m living the American dream!”
Mike Yard
VP of Operations
Mike started at Industrial Repair Service in 1994 and has since then brought over two decades of experience in the industrial automation industry. His expertise in sales, negotiations, and operations management ensures smooth and efficient operations. He is a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and acting as a key member of the leadership team.
Francie Denson
Sales Manager
Francie has been with Industrial Repair Service since 2011. She started in sales and now manages both inside and outside sales teams, including their support staff. She helped triple sales growth and started two support channels. She enjoys sharing the company culture and industry expertise with customers and colleagues.
